Sa'eed Husaini

Sa’eed Husaini is a researcher and consultant with an interest in political economy, particularly of democratisation, institutional reform, and the roles and impacts of political ideas. His consulting work has focused on elections, institutional change, governance, and security in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Lagos. From from 2018 - 2020, he worked as lead analyst for Nigeria at Control Risks. He completed a doctorate in International Development at the University of Oxford in 2019, and a master’s in African Studies at the University of Oxford in 2015.
