Support to Ocean Energy Pathway
The Policy Practice are working with Ocean Energy Pathway to support two of its country teams — in the Philippines and Brazil — with a strategy refresh grounded in political economy analysis.
Led by TPP Principal Samantha Wade and TPP Director Neil McCulloch, the project will deliver a series of three online strategy clinics for each country team, designed to integrate political economy insights into their strategic thinking and programme design.
Before the clinics, our consultants will review relevant strategy documents to ensure the discussions are tailored and evidence-based. The first clinic will explore how political dynamics shape each team’s context and strategy; the second will introduce Pathways of Change, linking them to Theories of Change and programmatic approaches; and the third will focus on ways of working, including how to Think and Work Politically and apply adaptive management.
