Russia: Drivers of Change

DFID commissioned a study of recent developments in the political economy of Russia. The Policy Practice provided a staff member (Alex Duncan) to advise DFID and the consultants carrying out the work on overall methodology and approach, to review the draft, and to contribute to a discussion of the implications of the work.
