Resilience, Adaptation and Inclusion in Nepal
During the inception phase of the Resilience, Adaptation and Inclusion in Nepal programme, The Policy Practice supported its Technical Assistance and Strategic Learning Unit by delivering key inputs on Political Economy Analysis (PEA) and Thinking and Working Politically. This aligned with the British Embassy Kathmandu’s adaptive management approach and emphasis on co-creation.
Sam Bickersteth and Niki Palmer synthesised past PEA work in Nepal, conducted TWP and PEA training workshops for the core programme team, and facilitated a problem assessment workshop. They also initiated a PEA process, including stakeholder consultations in Kathmandu, to inform governance strategies and local engagement.
We look forward to continuing our support as the project transitions into the implementation phase.
