Andrew Barnett, Director and one of the Founders of the Policy Practice, stepped down from his role today. He has been central to developing the Company over the last 15 years and to ensuring a smooth transition to the new leadership team. His knowledge of energy in developing countries is encyclopaedic, and his commitment to bringing a political economy perspective to his field unrelenting!
