Breakpoint review of St Helena's Economic Development Investment Programme

The Economic Development Investment Programme in St Helena, approved in March 2019, comprises a portfolio of interventions to support infrastructure development, to increase revenues, to improve utilities, to improve St Helena Government management capabilities, and to support economic reform and the role of the private sector.

This midpoint review, led by William Kingsmill, TPP Principal, focusses on the key drivers for funding and decisions around changes to overall programme direction and future commitments. It assesses the economic case and delivery framework, by reviewing value for money, management and organisational capacity.
