Assessment of the Government of Rwanda’s commitment to the four Partnership Principles underpinning UK Budget Support
This report assesses the Government of Rwanda’s commitment to the four partnership principles that underpin DFID’s decision-making about budget support and wider programming. The four principles are: (1) poverty reduction and progress towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals; (2) human rights and international obligations; (3) public financial management and anti-corruption; and (4) strengthening domestic accountability. It has been prepared for DFID Rwanda as an internal document.
